The resident or their guarantor is responsible for paying any commissions that may be due, regardless of the payment method previously selected.
Should you decide to cancel your reservation, please note that the deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation is made before May 31st. Cancellations made after this date may not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.
After May 31st, resignation or abandonment (whether voluntary or due to expulsion) will not entitle the resident to a refund of the deposit, nor will it release them from the commitment to pay the fees for the entire contracted period.
From the moment future tenants are notified that their contract is ready to be signed, they will have 5 days to complete the rental process. If this deadline is not met, the room will be republished on the website and the reservation deposit will not be refunded.
Payment Terms
1-month deposit.
When we accept the booking request, payment covers the first month’s rent.
After the contract is signed you will have to transfer the deposit into the owner´s bank account
The bimonthly payments must be made by bank transfer into the owner´s bank account.
The bimonthly payments have to be done always in advance before the 5th of month.
Rules
Smoking is allowed only in exterior areas
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are not allowed
Alcoholic drinks are not allowed
