The Classic is the best-selling room type and offers everything needed for comfortable student living, combining style, comfort and practicality. Each room includes a fully equipped private kitchen with microwave oven, hob, sink and fridge freezer, as well as a private ensuite bathroom with shower, mirror, sink and toilet.
The room also features air conditioning, a double bed with underbed storage, opening windows, study desk with desk chair, wardrobe, mirror, bin and Smart TV.
Classic Plus may include a private terrace, washer/dryer or impressive city views, depending on availability.
Although the booking period shown is from June to May, the room rental options are available from the end of August until the end of June.
Payment Terms
The residence also offers a range of flexible payment options to suit different preferences: annual payment in full, 2 instalments or 4 instalments. The 2 and 4 instalment plans include a small additional premium for spreading the payments.
No deposit or booking fees are charged. Instead, the residence simply requires one month’s rent to be paid in advance.
