Each room includes a fully equipped private kitchen with microwave oven, hob, sink and fridge freezer, together with a private ensuite bathroom featuring shower, mirror, sink and toilet.
Designed for both study and relaxation, the room also includes air conditioning, opening windows, study desk with desk chair, wardrobe, mirror, bin and Smart TV. For enhanced comfort, the Premium features a king-size bed with underbed storage.
Selected Premium rooms also include a private terrace with outdoor chair or attractive city views, creating the perfect space to unwind.
For an even more exclusive experience, the Premium Plus guarantees a room located on a higher floor.

Payment Terms
The residence also offers a range of flexible payment options to suit different preferences: annual payment in full, 2 instalments or 4 instalments. The 2 and 4 instalment plans include a small additional premium for spreading the payments.
No deposit or booking fees are charged. Instead, the residence simply requires one month’s rent to be paid in advance.
