All the documents required by Student Houses to draft the contract must be sent in no more than three days since the booking request is accepted. Otherwise, the apartment will be republished on the web and the reservation money will not be returned.
From the moment the future tenants are notified that their contract is ready to be signed, they will have 15 days to finalize the rental process. Otherwise, the apartment will be republished on the web and the reservation money will not be returned.
Utilities (water, rubbish taxes, electricity, heater and WiFi) are included in the price.
Payment Terms
1 month deposit.
When we accept the booking request that payment is to cover the first month’s rent.
After the contract is signed you will have to transfer the deposit into the owner´s bank account.
The monthly payments have to be done by bank transfer into the owner´s bank account.
The monthly payments have to be done always in advance before the 5th of every month.
