Payment Terms
1-month deposit.
When we accept the booking request that payment is to cover part of the first month’s rent.
After the contract is signed you will have to transfer the deposit into the owner´s bank account and the 200€ to complete the first month´s rent.
The monthly payments have to be done by bank transfer into the owner´s bank account.
The monthly payments have to be done always in advance before the 5th of every month.
