The building is only for students.
All the utilities are included in the price (heating, electricity, water, garbage tax, and Wifi).
From the moment the future tenants are notified that their contract is ready to be signed, they will have 15 days to finalize the rental process. Otherwise, the apartment will be republished on the web and the reservation money will not be returned.
