- From the moment the future tenants are notified that their contract is ready to be signed, they will have 15 days to finalize the rental process. Otherwise, the apartment will be republished on the web and the reservation money will not be returned.

When we accept the booking request you will be charged with 1400€, that payment is to cover part of the first month's rent.
After the contract is signed you will have to transfer the deposit into the owner´s bank account and the 200€ to complete the fisrt month rent.
