- The price shown is for a minimum stay of 12 months, for shorter renting periods please inquire.

- All the documents required by Student Houses to draft the contract must be sent in no more than three days since the booking request is accepted. Otherwise, the apartment will be republished on the web and the reservation money will not be returned.
