In the building there is a TV room, a dining room, and a large garden, to be used by tenants. The price includes all expenses for supplies (heating, water, electricity, wifi, and weekly cleaning), as well as household goods, bed linen, and towels.
From the moment the future tenants are notified that their contract is ready to be signed, they will have 15 days to finalize the rental process. Otherwise, the apartment will be republished on the web and the reservation money will not be returned.
