Payment Terms
1-month deposit.
When we accept the booking request you will be charged with 750€, that payment is to cover part of the first month’s rent.
After the contract is signed you will have to transfer the deposit into the owner´s bank account and the 150€ to complete the fisrt month rent.
The monthly payments have to be done by bank transfer into the owner´s bank account.
The monthly payments have to be done always in advance before the 5th of every month.
