Utilities (water, rubbish taxes, electricity, heater and WiFi) are included in the price.
Payment Terms
1 month deposit.
When we accept the booking request that payment is to cover the first month’s rent.
After the contract is signed you will have to transfer the deposit into the owner´s bank account and 200€ to complete the fisrt month´s rent
