In addition, you can enjoy common areas where a delicious continental breakfast is served Monday through Saturday and a varied dinner (served at a nearby restaurant) Monday through Friday, all included in your stay. With weekly housekeeping with linen and towel changes and free laundry service, your comfort and well-being are guaranteed.

Room Type 6:
- Wonderful penthouse suite of approximately 29 m2, with an en-suite bathroom and amazing views. Equipped with a super king size (200*200) bed, closet and desk.
The residence is currently under renovation, so the decoration will vary from what you see in the photos.

- The resident or its guarantor is responsible for paying any commssions that may be due, regardless of the payment method previously selected.
- Should you decide to cancel your reservation, be aware that your deposit will only be returned if you do so by 31st May. Cancellations made after this date may not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.
- After the 31st of May, resignation or abandonment (Voluntary or by expulsion), will not give the right to refund the deposit, neither does it exonerate the commitment acquired to pay the fees for the entire contracted period.
- The contract must be signed within a maximum of two days after it is sent to you.
Payment Terms
1-month deposit.
When we accept the booking request, payment covers the first month’s rent.
After the contract is signed you will have to transfer the deposit into the owner´s bank account
The bimonthly payments must be made by bank transfer into the owner´s bank account.
The bimonthly payments have to be done always in advance before the 5th of month..
Rules
– Smoking is not allowed only in exterior areas.
