The resident or its guarantor is responsible for paying any commssions that may be due, regardless of the payment method previously selected.
Should you decide to cancel your reservation, be aware that your deposit will only be returned if you do so by 31st May. Cancellations made after this date may not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.
After the 31st of May, resignation or abandonment (Voluntary or by expulsion), will not give the right to refund the deposit, neither does it exonerate the commitment acquired to pay the fees for the entire contracted period.
From the moment the future tenants are notified that their contract is ready to be signed, they will have 5 days to finalize the rental process. Otherwise, the room will be republished on the web and the reservation money will not be returned.
Payment Terms
1-month deposit.
When we accept the booking request, payment covers the first month’s rent.
After the contract is signed you will have to transfer the deposit into the owner´s bank account
The bimonthly payments must be made by bank transfer into the owner´s bank account.
The bimonthly payments have to be done always in advance before the 5th of month.

Smoking is allowed only in exterior areas
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are not allowed
Alcoholic drinks are not allowed
