- The owner should be open to small updates—like replacing a washing machine with a washer-dryer.
- The neighbourhood must be friendly and inclusive.

This is especially important when check-out and check-in happen within hours of each other. We ensure that everything is spotless.

Relationships and Quality Control
Our relationship with property owners is key. In most cases, it’s close and based on trust. This helps ensure a better living experience for our tenants and proper care for each home.
After students move out, we inspect each property thoroughly—either in person with the owner or via video. This allows repairs to be made and the property returned to excellent condition.
If issues arise during a tenancy, we have a maintenance team ready to act. We also work with local tradespeople, so owners can resolve problems quickly.
