The cleaning service will not be provided during the summer period or during holiday periods.
Payment Terms
1-month deposit.
When we accept the booking request that payment is to cover part of the first month’s rent.
After the contract is signed you will have to transfer the deposit into the owner´s bank account and 250€ to complete the first month´s rent
