From the moment the future tenants are notified that their contract is ready to be signed, they will have 15 days to finalize the rental process. Otherwise, the apartment will be republished on the web and the reservation money will not be returned.

Payment Terms
1-month deposit.
When we accept the booking request that payment is to cover part of the first month’s rent.
After the contract is signed you will have to transfer the deposit into the owner´s bank account and 300€ to complete the first month´s rent.
